In light of the English National Lockdown announced on 4th January, all club training will be suspended with immediate effect. Exercising outdoors is still permitted (see guidance below) and to help keep us all motivated, details of virtual ‘races’ which will count towards the Valley Striders 2021 Grand Prix will be published very soon. Junior runners should look out for Bob’s posts which will include details of runs you can do from home that will count towards attendance medals.
