Tuesday is our main training night, with a variety of sessions to suit all abilities. All sessions are led by qualified running leaders or coaches and are designed so that nobody gets left behind. Please browse the sections below to find out more about the groups we offer.
This group is suited to those capable of running 5km in under 18 minutes, although this is not a strict requirement and anyone is welcome. The group meets and warms up alongside the main group at 6:30 on a Tuesday before separating for the session.
Anyone faster than 30 minutes for 5k is welcome to join this group at 6:30 on a Tuesday. Sessions take place on well-lit, residential streets in winter, moving to Roundhay Park and Eccup Reservoir in summer. Meeting points will be published on our calendar and in our Facebook group each week.
We run a variety of interval sessions with one hill session a month, all including a warm up from the meeting point and around half an hour of efforts.
We offer regular “0-5km” groups, an 8-week course for those with no running experience at all who want to start running in an inclusive and judgement-free environment. Look out for news on our next course at the link below.
