We have three categories of membership.
First Claim
Current rate of £33 for 2022.
This includes affiliation to England Athletics for Road Running, Cross Country, Hill & Fell Running and Track & Field. You will also be affiliated to Northern Athletics.
Second Claim
Current rate of £15 for 2022 for runners with First Claim membership of another club.
You will be able to compete as a Valley Strider in team events that your first club do not enter. However, some races are only open to first claim members (Yorkshire, Northern and National Championships).
Junior
Current rate of £40 for 2022. A reduced rate of £20 is available for a maximum of 10 junior sessions. Places are limited so contact us for availability.
Social membership is available at £5 per year for existing members who no longer compete or train. Parents of juniors may also join as social members if they occasionally run whilst the junior session takes place.
