As we enter the final furlong of the 2019 Grand Prix there is plenty of close competition across all groups. Topping the table is John Hobbs on a maximum 800 points closely followed by Matt Hallam on 795. Ian Sanderson leads group B with Adam Parton vying for promotion only 14 points behind him. Group C is headed by Paul Smith with Ken Fox nipping at his heels only 4 points separating them. Sue Sunderland leads Group D on 703 points being chased by Sam Davison and Steph Gledhill both on 691. Meanwhile Chris Sawyer has surged ahead in group E, and Pascale Fotherby and Rachel Waters are leading F and G respectively.

There are 4 events listed to the end of the season although if you manage to sneak in a full or half Marathon in November you will earn points in the “Any other” categories:
- November 3rd – Guy Fawkes 10 miles – a 1,000 entrant sell out event
- NEW – November 9th – 4th parkrun Potternewton open to all
- November 17th – Tadcaster 10 miles another sell out event
- November 24th – Temple Newsam PECO cross country race no.1 open to all (see Racebest website for entries).
