The Spring Handicap will take place on Tuesday 3rd May. We will be meeting at 6:30pm on the Eccup reservoir path at the bottom of Goodrick Lane at 6:30 to organise handicap times. The clock will start at 6:45. The route is approximately 5 miles and will take you along the reservoir path to the gate house, along the dam, past the waterworks and along Eccup Moor Road and back. If you haven’t done a handicap race before, they are great fun and a good way for all club members to get together. Details about the handicap can be found at valleystriders.org.uk/run/club handicap. We will also need marshals along the route, so if you would like to help out please let me know via the facebook post.
