There’s a familiar name at the top of the men’s Fell Championships table, but this time it’s Ronan Loftus who leads the way, having bagged four high scores. Matt Allen lies less than one point behind, and is the first man to have completed five qualifying races. After that, it’s neck and neck between Tony Mills, Mick Loftus and Simon Vallance.
Reigning ladies’ champion Liz Adams tops the table again, but Holly Button looks set to provide a stiff challenge, having added another two good scores at the Jack Bloor race and the Calderdale Way Relay.
