The annual Leeds Country Way Relay takes place on Sunday 3rd September 2023. This is an important event in the Valley Striders calendar and we regularly have 4+ teams taking part. Last year we had a men’s, ladies’, vets’, super-vets and mixed team. It is a 12 person, 6 stage relay with legs between 8 and 12 miles.

It would be great to have 5 or more teams taking part again this year. All ages and abilities welcome. If you have completed a 10K or run of similar distance then you should be able to complete one of the shorter legs, and the mass starts mean that any pace is suitable. We have teams catering for everyone.
