We have introduced two new awards to encourage parkrunning:
- There will be a trophy for every junior Strider who completes at least one adult (5km) parkrun at each of the 11 venues in Leeds between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026.
- There will be a trophy for every junior Strider who completes at least two junior (2km) parkruns at each of the 6 venues in Leeds between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026.
- If you are between the ages of 11 and 14 you can attempt either … or both!

- Adult parkruns Armley, Bramley, Chevin Forest, Cross Flatts, Middleton Woods, Potternewton, Rothwell, Roundhay, Temple Newsam, Wetherby, Woodhouse Moor
- Junior parkruns – Bodington, Bramley, Cross Flatts, Horsforth Hall, Roundhay, Temple Newsam
Calculations:
- For the adult parkruns, for each of the 11 adult parkrun venues, if you’ve visited once or more, score 1 point. Maximum number of points is 11.
- For the junior parkruns, for each of the 6 junior parkrun venues, if you’ve visited twice or more, score 2 points; if you’ve just visted once, score 1 point. Maximum number of points is 12.
