Leos is unfit, we will be on Alwoodley Cycle Path with 4 timeslots – 4:40, 5:15, 5:50 and 6:25.
This week, two-thirds now at Alwoodley Cycle Path (ACP)
C and Girls A at Bodington.
For ACP, 82 have booked – 4:40, 5:15, 5:50, 6:25 please see list below – it shows the timeslot you are invited to. Some slots are overbooked. Those marked as “Reserve” should wait for a space to be available
For ACP, meet at small car park on King Lane
Footwear
At ACP use normal running shoes.
- Studded fell shoes – recommended if it has been very wet
- Studded football or rugby boots – recommended if very wet, but not recommended if playing fields are dry
- Studded trail shoes – recommended unless very wet
- Normal running shoes – recommended if it has been dry but not recommended if very wet. Bring anyway in case we need to switch to ACP at short notice.
- Bladed football boots – to be discussed on Facebook post
- Running spikes – definitely not allowed
- “C” group footwear – see Whatsapp post
- NB children deliberately sliding or skidding will be warned and may be stopped from doing certain activities e.g. relays and paarlauf
