Training From Home
If your group is cancelled then you can do a TFH session any time between now and Friday.
I recommend you do this on a field somewhere!
- warm up 5 minutes
- running 10 minutes for primary school or 15 minutes for secondary
- cool down / stretches 5 minutes
- email a summary of your activity to [email protected] (no need for a Strava or similar trace)
- this will count as 1 session towards your 25/50/100 medals

I’m sure Leos will be waterlogged so I’ve implemented the contingency plan but there are not quite enough spaces for everyone.
I’ve listed everyone who has requested the session; please check whether you are marked as “Reserve” and, if you are, I will TEXT you if a space becomes available.
If you’ve been fortunate to get a place then please give as much notice as possible if you’re not able to come. AND IF YOU DON’T CONFIRM BY 2PM TUESDAY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PLACE.
All groups are subject to risk assessment checks, please check here about 4pm on Tuesday just in case paths are icy.
Hi-vis is compulsory for “C” group and Nicola’s group. For the groups training on Alwoodley Cycle Path, please wear hi-vis or a light coloured top. Football boots not suitable for any groups.

Safety notices
For Leos groups, everyone to meet indoors in the changing rooms for a briefing and to allocate duties for parents and to count numbers
2 or 3 parents will be needed (please) to run with the group down the track from Leos to King Lane. All other parents should drive to the car park and will then help supervise the runs
