Interval Session (Short reps)

Open to all runners faster than 30 minutes for 5km. Mixed short interval session: repetitions of 2-6 minutes in duration, run at approximately 5K pace. Meeting point – Session: 2 x 5 mins (2mins), 4 x 3 mins (90s), Pace:Approximately 5-10K race pace for 5 min efforts and 3-5K race pace for 3 min efforts.
