In the Senior Races, the separate categories (JW/SW/W35/W40/etc and
JM/SM/M35/M40/etc) are considered as though they had been separate races
e.g. the first M50 in the Senior Race scores a race position of 1.
Individuals are ranked according to their race positions.
The Race Times will be used in the case of tie-breaks.
Tie-break calculation
If runners have run 4 races, they eliminate their worst performance
(these are marked x). We then compare times points on the races
where both runners count (marked t) to decide the tie break.
Tie-breaks have only been applied for medal positions (6 juniors, 3 seniors)
