Airedale Triple Trail Series 2004 Official Results Updated 3 May 04 Amended 12 May 04 Congratulations to the series overall winners who were Shaun Wilkinson (Keighley & Craven) & Dawn Gibbs (York Acorn). Series category winners were MU40 Nigel Bedell (Bingley H), WU35 Rachel Mackie (Abbey R), M40-49 Shaun Wilkinson, W35-44 Heather McIntosh (York Acorn), M50+ Gerry Waterton (Kippax H), W45+ Dawn Gibbs There are four triple-triple-trailers i.e. people who have run all 3 races for all 3 years. Tim Broomfield, Andrew Cutts, Peter Hey and David Spink Andrew leads Tim by 39 seconds for the 80 miles

Meanwood Trail Race - 12 April 2003 (Permit number 202321) All profits (over £850) went to Lineham Farm Children's Centre, Eccup which provides week-long holidays for disabled and disadvantaged children. (Click on link for Lineham Farm website - linked 15 Mar 03) The Meanwood Trail 2003 was the 2nd event in the Airedale Triple Trail series, the other 2 races being Baildon Boundary Way on Sunday 6 April Guiseley Gallop on (Easter) Sunday 20 April

Meanwood Trail 2003 Statistics There were 325 finishers, a record by 46. Of these, 36 had also run it at least 3 times previously. Either they like the race or they like the beer! (or both!). Paul Briscoe is the only ever-present, but Peter Bates, Chris & Kath Drake, Hilary Lane and Derek Martin have each only missed one race. Leading clubs represented were Ilkley H (25 runners), Pudsey P (17), Abbey R (14), Horsforth H (12) and Kirkstall H (10). Over £850 was raised for Lineham Farm in 2003, bringing the total for four years to just over £2000. Thank you! Airedale Triple Trail 2003 Statistics 61 runners completed the Triple Trail in 2003, up from 35 in 2002. 9 of these runners - Mark Turrell, Kath Drake, Andrew Cutts, Tim Broomfield, Mark Hetherington, John Hutchinson, David Spink, Peter Hey and Andrew Wright are now double Triple-Trail-ers. All 61 runners who ran all 3 races received a certificate showing their performance in each race and overall.

2002	Meanwood Valley Trail 7th race - 23 March 2002 Airedale Triple Trail - First Series - March/April 2002

All profits went to Lineham Farm Children's Centre, Eccup, which provides week-long holidays for disabled and disadvantaged children. Over £500 was raised for Lineham Farm. This brought to over £1200 the money raised for Lineham Farm over the last three years. THANK YOU!

2001	Meanwood Valley Trail 6th race - 30 June 2001

The 6th race, due to take place on Saturday 24 March 2001, actually took place on Saturday 30 June 2001. Click here for OFFICIAL LIST OF RESULTS We had 257 pre-entries and took 118 entries on the day Of the 375 entries, 90 were no-shows who had entered prior to 30 March. As stated on the letter sent out in April, their entire entry fee was donated to Lineham Farm - a total of £324 less admin costs of £22. For the other 285 entries, 50p was donated to Lineham Farm - a total of £142.50 In addition there were donations of £76 sent in with the entries and £32 collected on the day In total, £552.50 was donated to Lineham Farm Thank you, everyone!
