- Common running
related injuries, causes and how to stop them happening.

training systems are and how to use them.

Leeds Christmas Challenge 10k – from
Howard Jeffrey
Howard emailed : I had a great race at Leeds Christmas challenge 10K with Pete
Johnson from Scarborough AC, who's name you probably recognise (yes I do,
although he runs for Scarborough, he lives in Roundhay!). He was first o/65
at the Abbey Dash, one and a half minutes faster than me. I was jaded at the
Dash but felt good on Sunday so we had a real ding dong all the way round.
I came out on top by 4 seconds. 20th overall and 1st o/60 in 43:06
Other Valley Striders
were Simon Barker 49:21 and Chris Sawyer 53:45.
