Entries to the Brass Monkey half marathon (20 January) will be online at http://www.yorkknavesmireharriers.co.uk/ 7am Saturday 20th October 2012  (suggest you log in before 7:30am to be sure of getting in!!!)

West Yorks XC is at Grange Park, Wetherby, go up the A58 to the hotel on the roundabout before Wetherby, turn right on the roundabout (towards Boston Spa), then after 100 yards turn left and over the A1M to Grange Park.  Women’s race at 1:30pm (I think) and men’s race at 2:15pm (I think).  I will be there early with the Valley Striders banner, will collect the race numbers and put them “on” the banner.  Remember to keep your number for the series. 

After last week’s VSWU, I had 3 replies with recommendations for a Spring marathon, more required please!

First draft of marshalling arrangements will be issued this weekend.  Please read it even if you haven’t volunteered just to check your name isn’t on the list.  NB we still need more marshals.

I said it was a micro update.  Normal service will be resumed soon.
